- Check-in time: from 14:00. Check-out time: before 12:00
- Early check-in: Available on request and subject to availability of rooms. Early check-in (before 14:00) is charged separately.
- Late check-out: Possible on request and subject to availability of rooms. Late check-out (after 12:00) is charged separately.
- Children under 6 years stay at the hotel free of charge, without providing an extra bed and breakfast.
- An extra bed is available in some rooms upon request. The cost of the extra bed is 1600 rubles per day with breakfast.

Single room with a bed 140*200 cm, area 18 sq. m., some rooms with skylights.
Double Studio Room
Double room with two single beds 90*200 cm and a pull-out sofa, area 22 sq. m.
Double two-room attic "Family room"
Double two-room attic room, each room is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, one bathroom for two rooms.
